Product acceptance:

The product you wish to return or replace must be returned in its original packaging, as it was delivered with undamaged labeling, must not be used, dirty or cleaned and with damaged packaging.

In cases where the above conditions are not met, Fiona Cosmetics reserves the right not to accept back goods!

Replacement:

Refund:

In case you want to return the goods in full and the amount will be refunded, this will happen within 14 working days after we receive the goods and make sure of its integrity, according to the above conditions.
You need to send us your bank account to which you want us to refund you. We kindly ask you to write the IBAN YOURSELF in order to minimize errors.
